  RUDE!!! We all understand the challenges of being understaffed, especially during busy periods, and having to put up with abuse from patients/customers. But yesterday (4th Dec 2022) I went in as the first customer, with no intention of assessing the service, as there was no reason to given it was not busy.
  
  They successfully managed to be rude throughout the whole session of my visit. From showing me attitude, to the delivery of their tone, it's not what they said, it was how they said it. The nurse even tried to correct me on the spelling of my name, then blamed it on the doctor's referral, AFTER she double checked the spelling. After she was done, she even made me wait, then suddenly turned to me like I was supposed to read her mind, “You can go now.” She clearly planned that just so she could say that.
  
  But, why? What’s the point in making everything so tense? It is amazing how they managed to make such a simple visit such a failure during the 9 minutes I was there. I said thank you loudly upon leaving and the girl sitting further away at the reception desk was nice enough to respond. I don’t blame them as something has made them this way. It’s the manager’s job to investigate and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
  
  Sad to add another bad review to the long list.

  My son needed a last minute walk in appointment and this centre made room for him immediately. The receptionist was kind and professional. I am so impressed. Excellent care and advise. The doctor was really lovely. And now there is one less person clogging up the emergency department unnecessarily. Thank you

  I tried this clinic for the first time last week. The doctor was helpful and professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, on first visit I had to wait 2 hours past my appointment to get in. Second visit was this week and I waited 1 hour exactly past my appointment. I had to leave to return to work. The receptionist booked me a Telehealth call instead at 4:30pm but the call never came.
  
  So I paid for fuel, wasted over 2 hours of my day with the physical pain I am going through and did not manage to speak to a doctor.
  
  I felt disrespected !

  this clinic always seems to be understaffed, they don't have enough doctors or receptionists or nurses. Most doctors are good, and are happy to help, so are the receptionists, there are a few exceptions to this case.
  Some doctors aren't great they'll refuse to prescribe anything if it is not my regular doctor and minor inconveniences like that, some receptionists do their best to help, some are stand offish.
  
  Every time I walk past the clinic the is only one receptionist and theres a huge line waiting outside the clinic. Even calling reception takes forever, you have to hold the line at least 2 times before they can take your call.
  They are so understaffed, they even decline emergencies?! Apparently Dr's don't stitch at this clinic?! Last week they were understaffed with nurses, the week before it was doctors.

  I have been to this place 3 times.
  Dr. Adhikari is Friendly but felt rushing and can't get things done in one go.
  Taking long time to get completed vaccination checklist for Uni.
  
  Incomplete serological test form, ultra sound request etc. May be because of rushing.
  Multiple visits can be avoided if doctor Could pay a bit more attention to details.and allow a bit more time.
