I had to go in 3 times on my father's behalf for apparently losing $30 prepaid credit that was supposed to last him for 6 months...it got swallowed up within a month! They didn't even have the decency to sit down with us and tell us if or how he blew that money!
They provided us with little information about the service even when we asked questions! The last occasion we went there (today), the worker just handed a phone to us FOR US TO FIX OUR OWN PROBLEM!! Where is the customer service in that? We had to go back into the shop a second time today and the worker that we dealt with hesitated to come towards us and didn't even greet us! Due to this, as well as being loyal optus customers for many years, we've changed dealers where our deal is cheaper and we get more value!
