  Without doubt the most unethical, dishonest and unknowledgeable people on this planet. They charge $400 for a 1 hour inspection on a car and when your not looking they use a screwdriver and sandpaper to sand back apparent rust bubbles in a 48 year old car to check if they are severe or neglegable. The end result is that the car has dozens of "holes" and areas sanded back meaning the car needs a total respray.
  Its a 48 year old you don't destroy the paint and leave raw metal open to the elements.
  Plus the "inspector" had no mechanics license, did not give me a card with his name and phone number on it and didn't have the courtesy to return the keys back to me.
  While the purchaser lost only $400, I now need a full respray on a car where the patina added to the value but holes and sanded bits detract.
