Hair clips brand new with their original packaging. Although in store I have witnessed people trying on jewellery and touching heaps of items and this is okay?
I don’t understand how this policy makes sense or reduces the risk of COVID transmission.
Abusing the system with a joke of a policy only to help Lovisa refuse people from refunds. We'll definitely be there again soon!
