    Highly recommend. Went and spoke to Ian Storie regarding issues I was having with my evap cooler. Wasn't working and controller wasn't functioning at all. Diagnosed problem correctly straight away without even looking at system. Ian is an absolute legend and knows his stuff. Do yourself a favour and contact him or the guys at his office for any issues you may have. Other companies don't compare. Thanks again Ian for all your help.

    2nd time call out in 1 year.
    Unit 11 years old, No previous issues.
    1st issue earlier this year required a valve to push water thru. This time something new but no air con when most needed..same year 2019.. staff both phone an me on site are amazing. Mick especially very helpful.

    We are still having issues with cool breeze not covering the full cost of repair for a system under 5 years old. Very disappointed with the response so far. Would never buy from them again.

    Just installed second coolbrezze air conditioner at my house. First installed 2005 and only one problem in 15 years wall unit faulty
    Now new one installed only because of motor burn out due to power fail.
    Have installed one at parents house in 2012 still working
    Let's hope this one gives me another 15 years
    Gastek great to deal with 5stars

    Would give less than 1 star if I could .Our unit is less than 5 years old and we had to pay $265 for the repair and they only paid for the part. Think about this before purchasing a unit. Waiting on a reply will most likely end at VCAT will post further details next week.
