Went in yesterday to renew my passport, waited for 25 minutes then was told when I got to the front "our EFTPOS machine isn't working"....you couldn't let customers in the line know that prior to waiting that long? Then went in today and was told they were too busy and I should've come in yesterday. What a joke.
Literally every single 5 star review that says "great customer service" is written by someone with a Vietnamese surname, and the new owners are Vietnamese, clearly they're getting all their friends and family to leave fake reviews. - M Trainor Added January 08, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ★Such positive and efficient service. My passport renewal was streamlined and so easy, thanks to the wonderful staff at this post office. Will definitely be returning again.

I arrived 20min before closing time and the staff that help me were awesome! I was able to take the needed passport pics and lodge my passport; super easy and super friendly. Thank you
