  Very nice staff at a shared location for both Avis & Budget. A quick few minutes walk from the tram stop and Westfield Airport West shopping centre.
  
  The car was delivered quickly to me after arrival once I had completed the paperwork and provided my credit card for the bond. Understanding all the paperwork details, which are explained quickly and asking a few questions about excess charges can prove daunting.
  
  I was provided an inspection of the car to outline any marks and scratches existing on the vehicle. I was then asked to start the vehicle and move it out the front of the venue entrance where it was given a quick clean. The inside still required a vacuum and wipe but was left for my use.
  
  The Kia Elantra performs well but the radio didn’t seem to have any presets of stations. I need to read the instruction book as I wasn’t given any instructional guidance.

  A very professional and efficient team. Staff are super friendly and willing to help. From check-in to fitting the kids seats and upgrading the package, it was seamless and easy. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

  Without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced!
  Incredibly hard to get in contact with. Leading up to hiring our bus I called multiple times and was told they would call me back because they were always ‘too busy’- to which no one ever did phone me back.
  When I finally got a hold of someone they tried to charge me more then the online quote. Luckily, I had done my research and new they charge by day and not by hour so didn’t let them get away with it!
  However, worst of all was the returning of the bus! They close at 12 on Sunday’s so we rushed in the morning to drop off the passengers and have it back at Airport west in time. We arrived just on 12 and they told us that we weren’t allowed to drop it off. Even though they were open and still there. We then asked if we could leave it in the garage and give them the keys so we didn’t have to drive it out before 7:30am Monday morning. They said no- it has to be Monday. Which is very tricky timing with work so we left the bus on the side of the road and now have to drive out before work Monday just to drop keys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are hoping we will be late Monday to charge us an extra day.
  Through this whole process they spoke to us very rudely and as I said at the beginning, it’s been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not book with budget airport west!!!

  Needed to hire a light Isuzu truck for 24 hrs to help someone move home, did the move in 2 truck loads. Very happy to deal with Budget to hire their truck for the move. Site staff were quick on getting the truck ready for me and explaining how everything worked on it. Will hire again if needed

  Extremely long wait time at both ends. Car was not ready ( still had many cobwebs in it even after it was “ready”) and buried behind a wall of cars. Yet when bring car back , they slip in a late charge after we left which wasn’t communicated at all.
  They also said they don’t take cars back within thirty mins of closing so all staff get out on time.
  
  Staff don’t answer the phone ( seems to get diverted to other branches ) and gave the impression they just did not want to be there.
